Service Description
As an FMS Certified Coach, I will take you through a movement screen that will identify faults and strengths in your movements. Often times the cause of pain and injury stems from an inefficient movement pattern somewhere in your body that causes overuse in another area. I will identify potential problems and you will leave with corrective exercises to perform on your own and add into your routine.
