I've created a program for Young Professionals designed to keep the cost down for you while still getting the individualized coaching and programming you deserve.

After our initial consultation, I will build out a fitness program specifically for your body and goals. You will then be able to attend specific time slots throughout the week where up to 2 other people will join you in the same hour. This is not a group fitness class. Each person will be performing their specific workout with my coaching.
