Smoothies are a great way to take in nutrients essential for performance, recovery, and overall health of your body. Here are a few of my favorite recipes that you can try at home!
Quick Tips:
-Add Organic Ceylon Cinnamon to any smoothie with greens to cut the raw green taste.
-Use Organic Monk Fruit Extract or Stevia to sweeten, and only sweeten when necessary!
-Add water to the blender if it is too thick.
I use a Ninja Blender to quickly make my concoctions, but you can use a Vitamix or a Nutri-Bullet as well.
1. Ultimate Smang Shake

Ingredients:
-2 Cups of Organic Spinach/Mixed Greens/and/or Kale
-3/4 Cup Frozen Organic Mixed Berries
-1/2 Organic Banana
-12-16 oz of Organic Almond Milk
-1 Tbsp of Organic Almond Butter
-2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
-1 Tsp of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
-1 Scoop of Collagen Peptides
-2 Tsp of Spriulina Powder
-1/2 Scoop of Organic Protein Powder
Mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
2. PB Chocolate Delight
Best for:
-Meal Replacement

-Weight Gainer (when consumed in addition to a regular meal)

-1/4 Cup of Blueberries
-1 Organic Banana
-16 oz of Organic Almond Milk
-2 Tbsp of Organic Peanut Butter
-1 Tsp of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
-1 Scoop of Collagen Peptides
-2 Scoops of Organic Cacao Powder
-1 tbs of Organic MCT Oil
